Overnight Shipping: We offer overnight shipping to major centres if your order is placed before 2pm. Please note that a shipping fee of R150 incl VAT applies to major centres only. If you’re located in a non-major centre, your order will take longer to arrive.
Preferred Shipping Method: Our preferred shipping method is through The Courier Guy, a reputable and reliable courier service in South Africa. This ensures that your order is delivered to you safely and on time.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over R1500 incl. VAT. If your order qualifies for free shipping, this option will be available to you during checkout.
Backordered Items: Backordered items typically have a lead time of 5 to 10 working days for Mitee Bite, Raptor Workholding and Haimer products. However, if we need to order an item from our supplier, the supplier’s lead time may vary. If there is a delay, we will notify you. If you have any questions about the lead time for a backordered item, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Cutting Tool Backordered Items: Backordered items for cutting tools typically take longer. Please contact us to confirm the lead time for a backordered item for cutting tools.
Shipping Restrictions: Please note that there may be certain products that cannot be shipped to certain locations due to restrictions. If this is the case, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within the same business day. Once your order is processed, we will send you a confirmation email with your order details and shipping information.
